An introduction to Logosynthesis and its application in coaching with Heather Day

Times: 18h15 Registration and Networking

18h45 Session begins and finishes at 20h15

Logosynthesis is a new system of guided change that has been created by Dr Willem Lammers, who has a background in coaching, TA, NLP and Psychotherapy. This groundbreaking work is part of the emerging field known as ‘Energy Psychology.’ Logosynthesis supports coaches to free up more life energy for themselves and their clients so that they can move forward in their lives.

At the heart of Logosynthesis is the use of three specific sentences, which are offered to the client during the coaching session. You can use Logosynthesis to clear limiting beliefs and fear, to alleviate anxiety and stress and much more. Used over time it will help build resilience and presence.

In this experiential session you will: -

- Explore the concepts of personal space, energy and flow

- Learn how to apply Logosynthesis to your own issues through self-coaching exercises

- Discover how Logosynthesis can be used to work with limiting beliefs

The session will be run as a series of practical exploratory exercises where individuals will explore and share experiences in small groups or pairs. It will include some teaching about energy, personal space and boundaries. I will discuss how Logosynthesis can be applied to work with clients taking the example of limiting beliefs.

Heather Day is an experienced coach and facilitator with a background in Psychology and Education. She trained as a coach in 2007 and qualified as a Practitioner in Logosynthesis in 2010. For many years Heather has been curious about the role and use of energy modalities in coaching and how to move clients through blocks such as limiting beliefs and fear. Early on in her coaching career, she discovered that applying Logosynthesis enabled her clients to make major breakthroughs. She is leading the way in this field in the UK and is the only certified UK Logosynthesis trainer. Heather has also trained as a facilitator in systemic coaching with John Whittington and she applies principles from both fields in her coaching practice. This year she became a number one best selling author with her new book You are Beyond Limits.
