Magdalena’s heart and mind fusion approach is helping individuals across the world live and work with integrity and power. This signature approach she advances is based on her research, practice and trial and error running long term leadership development programmes and supporting individuals in personal development journeys. Heart and mind fusion work creates con- ditions in which people can thrive instead of existing and coping with their circumstances. Application of this principle can be applied to: life coaching, leadership and talent development, conflict resolution either in teams or 1:1.
Participants will be able to sign up for a 6 months journey of Enough! or one of Enough! Retreats which Magdalena facilitates with a preferential 10% dis- count rate of her Make Time Count community members.
This session will include 15min input and then group work so people can ex- perience the approach though activities Magdalena facilitates with them and also in pairs.
The learning objectives for this session will be as follows:
Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier helps individuals and organisations connect heart and mind and live it. This is done in service of human evolution by developing tools, sharing learning and supporting self-management practices that help everyone make time count. To achieve this, she draws on her scientific training (PhD, Caltech), ongoing research and practitioner insights. She is an established educator, speaker, productivity expert, author and coach.
Magdalena’s original Get Productive Wheel model has been shared with over 1400 coaches, consultants and therapists to help them support and ac- celerate others through heart and mind fusion. Her latest work and topic of her second book is an attempt at helping transform the wellbeing agenda from government policy into personal practice by developing a simple and effective tool to help people restore and sustain wellbeing. Magdalena is fre- quently featured in the national press (Times, FT, Independent), industry magazines (Coaching at Work, Entrepreneur, Psychologies) and on BBC Ra- dio.
Grounded in how minds really work, her vision for how we can use the nerv- ous system we have been given to its full potential is helping define a new era for a ‘productive individual, employee, global citizen and
