Building a Coaching Culture for Greater Engagement

Times: 18h15 Registration and Networking

18h30 Session begins and finishes at 20h00

PLEASE NOTE: from June all speaker sessions will be commencing at the slightly earlier time of 18.30 finishing at 20:00 with further time still available for networking after

In this interactive session, Hilary and Tracy will discuss what it takes to build a strong culture in organisations that can improve both employee engagement and financial performance.  They will utilise current research gathered by ICF and Price Waterhouse Cooper and will use case studies from the 2017 International Prism Awards as examples of both how cultures are created and the impact they can have on organisations.  Working in pairs/small groups, delegates will be invited to think about the organisations they coach in or wish to coach in and how this research and information would support those organisations in developing coaching cultures and some of the benefits of doing so, with a view to starting to work on a model of excellence for their clients.

Hilary Oliver and Tracy Sinclair are both ICF Credentialed coaches and both are in senior Volunteer Leadership positions within the ICF (currently the Global Chair and Immediate Past Chair of the ICF).  Both have held corporate senior positions prior to becoming coaches and developing their own business. They are both very passionate about developing great coaches and in particular supporting the development of coaches in organisations in order to create better cultures in which to work.
