Associate coaching work: How you get it, love it & make good money from it

Times: 18h15 Registration and Networking

18h45 Session begins and finishes at 20h15

The associate business model has emerged over the years rather than been carefully designed.  As such, much of the business is rooted in traditional approaches with outdated ideas.  Coaches significantly underestimate the profits and potential and are unconsciously  leaving money on the table.
In this session you’ll find out what it means to be a modern associate – what is the fee potential, how do you find clients and how do you become the associate who gets first refusal on great work.
With real life experience, ideas and facts, you’ll emerge from the session inspired with thoughts of how you can start or upgrade what you already have, immediately.
My style is very interactive, and I will be creating opportunities for people to ask questions and discuss their reflections and situations in smaller groups, relevant to where we are in the topic.
I entered the coaching industry in 1998 from a stockbroking background.   I worked my way up to coaching at senior levels of organisations.  I now work with leaders in high-pressure environments, and building leadership communities in global organisations.
I’ve spoken at the ICF conference, the Coaching at Work conference, USW in Cardiff, University of Gloucester and other coaching group meetings.  I also addressed the first ICF conference in Europe back in 2000
