Joella will describe her flourishing coaching practice helping senior women take on executive roles, including her niche, clients, issues, outcomes, and metrics.
She will share the story of how she made it happen, including the trials and tribulations that led to her recognising the importance of having a clear, integrated proposition and a simple marketing strategy that she sticks to religiously!
Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on what may be missing from their coaching proposition and ask any pertinent questions that might help them progress to the next level in their business.
I will ‘bring to life” my approach to Intuitive Personal Branding with a short exercise using the images I use with clients. It will immediately communicate what is different about my approach.
There will also be opportunities to hear from other participants about their own experiences.
The learning objectives for the session will be as follows:
- To connect with the challenge of recognising what is unique about your coaching offering
- To surface some of the blocks to successful marketing
- To encourage recognition of what each participant needs to focus on and action.
About Joella Bruckshaw
I started my professional life in the NHS in Adult Psychiatry in a therapeutic community, where I learned about motivation and behavior change. In time I set up my own communication consultancy, initially teaching women assertiveness and over time broadening my offering to personal growth and leadership training. In ‘91 I added mediation to my portfolio and for 10 years in a period of expansion, I was active in the FMA (Family Mediators Association), serving on the board, training, supervising, consulting and assessing mediators for the Legal Services Commission. In 2003 when the funding for legally aided mediation began to decrease I took the decision to become a full time coach undertaking an advanced diploma with AoEC
Most recently, I have delivered training sessions and presentations for CCL at City University, AOEC, APECS, CISI, RBS, IHS, WIBF, Fidelity, WATC, WSA and TLC

Due to the nature of the London Coaching Group as a Community Group, run by volunteers and on a very limited budget, and in the interests of keeping the ticket price as low as possible, we do not offer refunds on cancellations save only where the event does not take place due to the non-availability of the speaker or the venue.
Transfer of tickets:
If you are unable to attend an event and find someone else to take your place, please give them your printed ticket with an email from you (using the email address used to book your ticket) cc’d to email@example.com
so that we can verify this at registration. This keeps the process simple and involves minimal administrative time which keeps costs down. Thank you!
