Changing Beliefs Conversationally

Beliefs are an essential element that  determine the results that people achieve in their professional and personal life. Empowering beliefs support people to achieve their goals, dis-empowering beliefs often limit people achieving what they want to achieve.

As a coach, being able to help clients change beliefs is an invaluable skill. In this highly interactive session, you will learn how to identify limiting beliefs, and several ways to change these beliefs easily during a conversation. This is bound to enhance your coaching toolkit.

There will be at least one exercise for the delegates, and ample time for questions and discussion about how to use this material in practice.

Changing beliefs conversationally

1. For delegates to be able to identify limiting beliefs

2. For delegates to be able to change a client’s limiting belief(s), and hence to help them to overcome perceived limitations and achieve their goal(s).
